10.Reply to member's posts as quick as possible
9.Be very friendly to your members,make them feel welcome
8.When advertising use proper grammar.
7.Give suggestions or comments to other webmasters when needed
6.Don't be a jerk,no swearing or being rude on your forum.
5.Stay on topic and follow your own rules
4.Attract your users with softwares you've made,update them often so users will come back for the download.
3.Focus on a certain topic,don't be disorganized.
2.first impressions,make your site as flashy as possible.
1.Keep old members!Email them if they haven't been active for 1 week or more!
